Doorz London Ltd advises on all regulatory requirements prior to installation. Compliance certificates are issued for completed installations that meet the relevant standard.
Doorz London Ltd guarantees all workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects arising from the installation itself and does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural movement, damp, or third-party interference. Manufacturer warranties on doors and hardware are separate and subject to individual manufacturer terms.
Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required for material orders on larger projects. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a call-out charge.
